2XZ-15B direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is suitable for pumping air and other general gases. The forced oil inlet device of the oil pump is adopted, and the advantage of continuous operation is still available when the air inlet pressure is ≤1.33×103. It can be used alone, and can also be used for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, backing pumps for molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and pre-pumps for titanium pumps. The function of gas ballast is to fill a certain amount of gas into the exhaust chamber to reduce the steam partial pressure in the exhaust pressure. When it is lower than the saturated steam pressure at the pump temperature, it can be discharged out of the pump with the air charged, so as to avoid condensation. In the pump oil, it has the function of prolonging the service life of the pump oil and preventing the pump oil from mixing with water. When the gas ballast valve is opened, it still maintains a high ultimate vacuum, and its index reaches and exceeds the index of similar foreign products.

- Compared with ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdery samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air
- The shortest heating time, compared with the traditional drying oven, the heating time is reduced by more than 50%.
- When the electric heater is used in the vacuum drying oven, wet items will be conductive, so care should be taken to avoid leakage during use. Therefore, the general oven must be grounded to ensure safety.
- Compared with the high temperatur vacuum ovenrelying on air circulation, the powder sample in the DZF-6500 vacuum drying oven will not be blown or moved by the flowing air;
- The heating in the high temperatur vacuum ovenadopts layer spacing heating. Since the heating method adopted in the vacuum drying oven is radiation heating, layer spacing heating can make the heat radiation of each layer of material more uniform, thereby improving the temperature uniformity in the oven.
DZF-6500 vacuum drying oven over-temperature protection system:
- The thermostat stops heating, and there is no heating signal output.
- The AC contactor of the heating system circuit will trip, stopping the power supply to the heating tube.
- It has a single set of temperature monitoring sensor (independent temperature limit protector) to monitor the temperature of the oven working room, and when it reaches the warning value, it will forcibly shut down the heating system.
